As a food lover since as a kid; grandma, mother, and uncle rose us all to be food lover and know the basic of Chinese cooking. After training in a five-star hotel kitchen in China before came to Canada. Worked in various restaurants in Montreal and came to Lab west then worked in a local restaurant. In 1991, we founded the first Restaurant of our own in Lab west as “Charlies Great wall Restaurant”. Later became a well knew Chinese Buffet restaurant in Lab west for many years.
